The booking form must be completed by the head of the party, who must be over 21 years of age. Deposits must be sent at the time of provisional booking in order to secure. 25% of the total rental cost must be paid at this stage.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to travel. In the event that the booking is made less than 8 weeks before travel, the full payment must be made upon booking. Security Deposit. At the time of final payment, an additional refundable $250 (£150) must be paid. This will be refunded net of excess cleaning costs, repairs or replacements. You must accept that your liability for additional costs is not limited to this amount. Your refund will be made within 21 days of your departure from the property.

Cancellation by you. If you wish to cancel your booking, written notification/e-mail must be given.
Pool heating will be charged at $30 per day. -

Cable television plus bedroom TVS and second lounge with television with PS2; Broadband 5mb and free local telephone calls and allowance for worldwide calls; 10 minutes drive to Champions Gate golf course and others in immediate vicinity. Shopping within 5 minutes drive: Publix, Walgreens, DVD games rental, restaurants, take away etc
