Our professionally furnished, 2 story 5 bed 4.5 bath pool home, is located in the new community of Windwood Bay, only a 10 minute drive to the Disney World Resort.


Our home has a number of unique features; an oversized 30' heated pool & spa (south facing), a fantastic games room which contains a slate bed professional pool table, a 54" WideScreen TV & surround sound, table tennis and a Playstation2 with games.


On the ground floor there are Formal Sitting & Dining areas, a large Family Room with the Big Screen TV/DVD, CD stereo system and digital surround sound. There is a fully equipped Kitchen, a Breakfast Nook, a Laundry Room with a washer & dryer and a half bathroom.


There is a Queen Master Suite on the ground floor and on the second floor there are 2 King Master Suites, 2 Twin Bedrooms, a 4th Bathroom and the loft area has a professional slate bed pool table.

When you stay in one of our homes you can make unlimited local, long distance, and international calling.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ?Welcome Pack? containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
