- All local taxes (12%) are included in our rates. Cleaning following departure is charged at £80 per stay. Pool and spa heat rates are available upon request as are rates for extras such as cots, high chairs, welcome packs etc. A £100 per week holding deposit is required to confirm a booking. A £150 refundable security deposit is payable with the final balance, which is due for settlement in full no later than 8 weeks before departure.
