*Recreational passes are required per-guest per-week, depending on season for guests ages 4 and above: $35.00 (6/9 - 8/31), $15.00(5/19 - 6/9 and 9/1 -9/15) or $10.00 (1/1 - 5/19 and 9/15 - 12/31/07), to be purchased personally at Sea Colony Recreational office. This will allow you unlimited access to all facilities available at the Resort and it also helps identify people in order to keep the Resort a safe place.
*High-speed Internet (bring own laptop) available in the unit.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - Reservations require a lease contract and a 50% deposit placeholder within 7 days from the date of reservation. The remaining amount is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival time. If rental date is less than 60 days, the full rent amount is required including $200.00 damage/security deposit which is fully refundable 4 weeks after departure provided the unit is left reasonably clean, no damage is found except for usual normal wear and tear. Great value rental rate at no extra charges: No registration, processing fees or additional taxes required. The unit is well maintained by Owner .

- This immaculate unit sleeps 4 very comfortably but can accommodate the maximum up to 6 guests by using the queen-size sleeper sofa. in the living room. New bedding and comforters are incorporated to create a cozy bedroom ambiance. The Master bedroom has a 13' TV/DVD and the living room has a 27' TV / DVD/VCR player. 3 ceiling fans, alarm clocks in every room and 2 telephones. Children videos, music CDs and board games available to keep your kids entertained. Cable TV provided in the unit. Bed barrier available on request.
