A deposit of $500 reserves a one-week rental, a deposit of $1,000 a one-month rental, a deposit of $3,000 a summer rental. The deposit automatically converts into a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied toward the rent but is refundable in full upon my receipt of the long-distance phone bill covering your stay.
An advance payment of 50% of the rent is due 60 days in advance of arrival. Balance of rent is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations made one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to check-in will incur no penalty. Cancellation thereafter or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
