  • Rental rates include all linen, towels, heating, etc. and maid service twice a week. The heated jacuzzi is not in use from end of October until beginning of April. Logs are provided during the winter months as well as heating. The price is for 9 adults and up to 4 children. No extra people than number stated. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with twin beds and one with a double and a single bed. There are two bathrooms with baths and one shower room with toilet and washbasin on the ground floor. There are two lounges, one very large with open plan into dining room leading into well equipped and fitted kitchen with two refrigerators, one dishwasher, one washing machine, two ovens, hob, etc. leading from the kitchen on to the side of the villa with patio doors into lounge is a very large terrace with a large heated jacuzzi, table tennis and a fitted barbecue with bar and wooden furniture for dining. 10 Loungers. Negotiable price for smaller groups out of high season.
  • Upstairs there is a minstrels gallery looking down on one side to the main lounge and on the other to the dining area. Leading from this one side there is a small bedroom with a double bed, but as it is a small room it is more suitable for one person. The other side of the gallery leads to a large bedroom on the top floor with double and two single beds and small bathroom with shower not bath. This is suitable for children or as a family room and has lovely views. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with bathroom, dressing room, safe, balcony with seating, and off this room there is a single room suitable for a child. It is necessary to go through the master bedroom to lead to the single room. In the master bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms except the small bedroom off the master bedroom have air conditioning as do both the lounges (there is a fan in the small bedroom). The air conditioning units are cooling units and heaters for winter if needed.
  • During the summer the villa keeps cool, as it has double cavity walls. All the rooms downstairs have patio doors onto the terrace. The villa is higher than any other villa on the urbanisation so cannot be overlooked and it is also the end one so it backs straight on to the country where you go through a side gate and can walk for miles. You can see the sea from the villa and also the mountains behind Mijas. It is easy to call a taxi if you want to go to a restaurant and there are many restaurants within walking distance but it is advisable to rent a car as it is a little way from the town but not isolated. There is a bus service every half hour to both Mijas and Fuengirola and there are coaches daily to Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Ronda, Malaga, Marbella. There is a train service also to Malaga and there are plenty of places of interest around and lots and lots of lovely beaches. The aqua park is nearby + many golf clubs. Negotiable prices out of high season. 10% reduction 2nd week.

  • 1 twin, 2 singles, 3 family bedrooms, 2 cots. The bedrooms are suitable for 9 adults and 3 children sharing family rooms and there are also two cots available for babies. The layout of the rooms does not allow more than 9 adults if they are four couples and one singles, but if a party of tennis players for instance, or golfers book where everyone requires a separate bed then 3 on top floor, 2 in main bedroom and through single, one in small double, 2 in red/white room and 2 in blue room making it a total of 10. 'The top attic room is a big room but the bathroom is small. However there are 3 bathrooms with baths in (and shower in baths, two bathrooms with shower only, 5 bathrooms with toilet and washbasin. We have two travelling cots and a push chair available so two babies are allowed as well as 11 people (but that includes children and only up to 9 adults). Except for high season there is a 10% reduction on 2nd week if booking 2 weeks and out of season we can do short breaks/weekend

Notes: Casa Cabecera is suitable for maximum of 9 adults and 3 small children who would have to share a family room with their parents. It has full air conditioning (hot and cold) and can be divided into a 4 bedroom villa and an apartment with two bedrooms, separate lounge and kitchen and with separate entrance. It is sometimes let out as two separate units during winter only when less accommodation is needed for smaller groups. It is an ideal location as it is quiet and private with a completely enclosed garden with electronic gates at the entrance. The lounge/ dining area is open plan and large and leads through into a conservatory. The jacuzzi on the terrace is heated and large enough for 8 people(April-Oct). In the winter evenings there is a log fire as well as the heating when needed. It is an ideal location for all tourist attractions and within easy distance of Seville, Granada, Gibraltar and many scenic routes. The airport is 12 minutes away yet the villa is away from the motorway.

Ideally situated - easy access to many golf course: Casa Cabecera is an excellent choice for a holiday for all the family as the villa is spacious and private yet near to shopping centres and discos for the teenagers, table tennis on the terrace, satellite TV, DVD and radios, wonderful views, lots of tennis clubs nearby. Water sports, boat rides, aerobic lessons, squash, and gymnasium all within easy access. On the ground floor - two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and one bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, a very large open plan lounge, dining room and modern kitchen with American frig/icemaker, cooker range, dishwasher, 2 washing machines. There is a very large terrace with heated Jacuzzi and grapevine above, barbecue, large dining table, bar, table tennis, etc.. There are 10 loungers, plenty of towels, large pool, and gated area for safety with infants. Upstairs there is a small double bedroom (better used as single) then gallery to main bedroom/bathroom, small single through there a safe, large family room top floor, bthrm

Downstairs bedrooms - one twin and other with double bed and single bed, upstairs, small double, then main bedroom with double and single with a single bedroom off the main bedroom (you need to enter the main bedroom for access), dressing room with wardrobes and safe, large bathroom en suite. On the top floor is a large bedroom with lovely views as has the entire villa since it is situated above the other 23 villas on the urbanization and has a double bed and 2 singles and a small bathroom with shower not bath. It is only meters away from the prestigious Lew Hoad Tennis Club and specially tailored tennis holidays can be arranged for a group of up to 10 people (there are 10 separate beds). Let us know your needs i.e. tennis every day, coaching, welcome party, car hire, etc. and the holiday can be put together at a very competitive price. Golfing holidays can also be arranged similarly and there are lots of good golf courses nearby. There is a summer school in July/August for children.

We are negotiable with price in the winter and for last minute bookings, but not for high season and can find you alternative accommodation for smaller groups. I Directions for finding villa from Malaga Airport - Proceed out of airport for 1km to main coast road, filter right in direction TORREMOLINOS/CADIZ. Continue 3kms and see sign BENALMADENA/ALGECIRAS, where you bear right. Stay on inside lane here and you are now on N340/E15/A7 Autovia. IGNORE FIRST SIGN FOR MIJAS/BENALMADENA, and take next exit FUENGIROLA/MIJAS at KM 214. At the end of the slip road you reach a large roundabout on the Fuengirola/Mijas road. Turn right to go up to Mijas and turn off at the very first right for LEW HOAD CAMPO DE TENIS. Continue for 400m and you will see the clubhouse on the right (which is open for everyone), pass that and keep going to the end of the cul de sac and then turn up the hill at the right for Casa Cabecera and ring bell to the left of electronic gate.
