Menara Beach: Menara Beach – a luxury 5* living complex lies in a quiet place in the first beach line on the coast of Mediterranean. Complex has a tropical garden with wonderful view at the Gibraltar rock over the pools and the sea, one heated indoor pool, two communal outdoor pools, one of them with refreshing waterfall. Free sun beds are available beside pools, or you can take a rest on the beach by the sea. Water springs are winding through the tropical garden with several tastefully planted ponds. Stepping on the promenade a picturesque sight at the Rock of Gibraltar and the continent of Africa opens over the Mediterranean. Gymnasium is offered for community guests. Security guards 24 hours a day, the responsive community staff is available every day for information. There is a garage at the basement for apartment inhabitants and a parking place on the street for visitors.
Apartment: A luxurious two-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor with direct exit into the sun terrace and garden from living room. Apartment consists of fully equipped kitchen with storeroom, living room with sitting corner and dining place, main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The apartment is tastefully furnished, with marble floors in all rooms, separately regulated air conditioning, and heated floors, safe in the main bedroom.
