Lovely south facing 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms duplex Penthouse located on the mythical Golden Mile at the entrance to the Golf valley. This is a complex of low rise pure white Andalusian style apartments surrounded by beautiful gardens with water features around small squares and flower filled centre pieces. The top terrace looks out over the complex with the mountains in the background. Other facilities include 4 swimming pools and a tennis court for your convenience. There is also a 24 hour supermarket within walking distance , as well as an unobtrusive 24 hour security service at the complex. The 'Bistro ' has an enclosed play area which has supervised playing while parents relax. There is a new swimming pool and babies pool at the Bistro which also serves breakfast lunch and early evening meals as well as restaurant services.

This complex at the mouth of Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella and within easy reach of the beach front at Puerto Banus.It is just 45 minutes along the new E15 Moterway from the international Airport of Malaga.It takes a good 15 minutes from the Corte Inglis Shopping Mall on the beach front, to walk straight down under the bridge and up the new Boulavard to the apartment. There are alot of nice restaurants and snack bars within walking distance of the apartment including the club house of the ' La Dama de Noche ' Golf club which is just across the road from the complex.

However if you are hiring a car you will be met at a prearranged location by the agent and brought to the apartment.

Access to the kitchen and lounge can be gained via the stairs without interruption to either bedroom. All linen and towels are provided, apart from beach towels. In order to maintain a high standard of the fixtures and fittings within the apartment, it is not suitable for clients wishing to bring pets or children under six years of age. The maximum number of persons occupying the apartment is restricted to four.

Notes: This Penthouse apartment is arranged over two floors. The master bedroom has its own roof top terrace benefiting from all day sun. The downstairs terrace off the lounge has also got sun from early morning until late afternoon. There are 4 golf courses within 5 minutes drive. The complex has a bar and open snack area with Internet centre and central Reception where bookings are taken for the Tennis Centre, Car hire, Day trips, Boat trips, Shows & Music Festivals. There is a Supermarket which is open until 3 a.m. just a short walk down the road. This complex has the advantage of being within walking distance of Banus yet it is set well back from the hustle and bustle of the port. It is surrounded by Golf courses and is therefore suitable for both golfers and beach lovers.

Golf information: This apartment is situated just across the road from the flood lit golf course of La Dama de Noche and just around the corner from the well known Golf Teaching School and Driving range. Golfers can play all year round in this area. There is also one of the best Racquet Club'complex on the Costa del Sol just a short stroll up the road.Car is recommended but not necessary.Take a couch from the Airport to the bus station in Marbella and take a taxi from there to the apartment.There is a new road leading down into the Port and beach which now makes the Marina just a short walk from the apartment.This is an ideal spot for a winter holiday.The climate along the coast can be very pleasent during the winter months and you can set out early in the morning and drive up into the Seirra montains, spend the day sking on the snow covered slopes, and be back in your apartment before bed time. You can thus combine two types of holiday in the one session.

Entertainment facilities: The 'Bistro' has a brillent Brasserie, Restaurant/Bar , twice weekly live entertainment with outside dining area overlooking the pools, and alongside is the supervised children's play area. The convenience of having an English style PUB and Restaurant just across the Avenue from your apartment is really a big attraction as it eliminates the need for a Taxi to bring you back and forth as you can happily stroll home at the end of the night.

Guest Book: The apartment was lovely and just as it appears in the photos , if not better. You cant picture that beautiful climate and the view from the balconies was superb. The apartment was spacious, cool, comfortable and quiet, and we can certainly understand why you choose it as your second home. (Shirley Phillips. London ).
