It is on a quiet road leading to Sa Riera beach (2km) and is only 2 minutes walk from the marine reserve of Ses Negres where excellent snorkeling and swimming can be enjoyed. Aiguafreda beach is a 10 minute walk and the charming old mediaeval town of Begur is 5km away.
The villa is in a privileged position with total seclusion rewarded to the majority of the property. - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking with balance payable 8 weeks before departure. Price is for a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Payment will be accepted by Sterling or Euro bank transfer. There is a breakage deposit of £250 payable with the final balance which will be refunded if there is no damage on return from your holiday. These prices do include linen and towels, but not beach towels.
- Changeover day is Saturday, checkout is before 10am and check-in after 4pm (there may be some flexibility by arrangement).

The house is fully furnished inside and has plenty of tables and chairs which can be used both outside and inside - the 30m terrace provides the perfect place for entertaining, equipped with a large, purpose-built BBQ with marble shelf surround and offering unobstructed, panoramic views of the sea and coastline.
The 3 separate terraces offer sun and shade all day long, so cater for every need.
The villa is particularly suited for children of all ages with stairgates both inside and out, and we have a very large selection of videos, books and board games to suit all ages.
In the winter, there is underfloor heating, central heating and an open log fire to keep the house warm.
