Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed from the terrace which overlooks the town and hills beyond. Ideally situated within walking distance of the town centre and two sandy beaches, a car is not always necessary when renting this apartment.

The coastline is full of contrast, with beautiful bays and coves surrounded by pine trees.

The Master Bedroom and Bedroom 3 look out onto the front lawn, whilst Bedroom 2 has sliding patio style doors with a false balcony over the side of the property with views of the hills and town. All bedrooms have exterior shutters.

Getting there: The recently modernised airport, Girona, is just a 30 minute drive. Ryanair operates a range of European routes from this airport. The property can also be reached via Barcelona or Perpignan airports with a journey time of approximately 90 minutes. There are also many Transatlantic routes direct to Barcelona airport, suiting our American visitors from all parts of the US. Car hire is easy to organise and both Girona and Barcelona airports are served by Hertz and Avis as well as other operators. Alternatively we are able to organise a reliable taxi service from either airport (ask for details).

The property: The apartment is set amongst spacious south west facing gardens, with wonderful views over the mountains. The lounge opens through 3 sets of patio doors onto the terrace and private garden, which is ideal for al fresco dining. The clean, bright interior is fully equipped and furnished in a fresh modern style. The apartment is situated approximately 500M from the picturesque port area of Sant Feliu and has the advantage of being within walking distance of two sandy beaches as well as the rocky coves ideal for snorkelling or scuba diving. Nearby the Hippocrates Hotel offers spa facilities and beauty treatments, whilst the more active can enjoy the great variety of scenic walking and cycling routes this beautiful area has to offer.

House Rules: The apartment is part of a community, where families wish to holiday in peace and quiet. We would ask clients to be considerate to other residents, avoiding loud music and noise at unsocial hours.

Ski: In just two hours you could be skiing in the Pyrennes at the picturesque resort of La Molina, which is now linked by fast cable car with Masella or travel on a little further to reach Andorra. La Molina has a variety of runs and is uncrowded especially during the weekdays (Monday - Friday); it is perfectly possible to rise early, drive up (via Vic/ Ripoll /Ribes) and be in La Molina for breakfast and a full day's skiing, returning early evening for dinner en route or back in Sant Feliu. Alternatively, if you decide to spend a couple of days in the resort, it is easy to obtain accommodation for a night in the mountains. La Molina, with surrounding mountains of up to 2500M, has a good snow record complimented by its excellent snow making equipment. The atmosphere is relaxed and the hire facilities are excellent.

Golf: Discover the picturesque, uncrowded courses of Catalunya, then enjoy the Catalan gastronomy, the history and the beautiful coastline of the area. Amongst the 13 golf courses in Catalunya, two are within 5 km of this apartment, including the spectacular Club Golf d'Aro (Mas Nou) and the Club Golf Costa Brava in Santa Christina. Just a little further afield are the PGA Golf de Catalunya (approx 15 km), the two delightful Pals courses (Club Golf and Serres de Pals) and the Emporda Club (approx 20 km).
