Further Details: Walk-in cold storage, own water supply, covered parking lot and two lockable parking lots and a smoker for fish or meat.
Pool: Immediately next to the pool is a changing cabin with a fully appointed bathroom: hot and cold water shower, toilet and sink. On the exterior is another shower, as well as a wet bar and a fridge.
Shopping: 17 km or 10,6 miles north of Benissa in Ondara, next to the motorway exit (Salida) 62, is the Mall “Portal de La Marina”, with 90,000 square meter or 22 acres, inaugurated February 19th, 2008, with 130 shops, an 8,000 square meter or 2 acres Eroski supermarket, 14 restaurants, 8 cinemas and 16 courses of Bowling.
Golf: Seven golf courses are in the proximity of the villa - the closest is 5 minutes away from Casa La Solana. That course is the Club de Golf Ifach, Benissa (9 holes, course 3,406 m, Par 60) with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean.. *** In about 12 km distance is the Club de Golf Jávea, Javea Benitachell (9 holes, course 3,040 m, Par 72) is located in the middle of large orange plantation on slightly hilly terrain. *** Approx. 20 km away is the Club de Golf La Sella, Denia Jesús Pobre (18 holes, course 6,028 m, Par 72) adjoining the Montgó nature reserve. *** At a distance of approx. 25 km is the Club de Golf Don Cayo, Altea La Vieja (9 holes, course 3078 m, Par 36) with a fantastic view of the sea and marvelously integrated before the scenic background of the mountain massif Sierra de Bernia. *** About 30 km away is the Club de Golf Oliva, Oliva Vergel (18 holes, course 6,270 m, Par 72). *** Another 2 greens, at an approximate distance of 33 kms from the villa, in Villaitana near Benidorm.
