The cottage is located in the landscaped grounds of The Bonsyde House Hotel, situated on a hillside overlooking the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow, birthplace of Mary, Queen of Scots. Newly built, and especially designed for maximum enjoyment of holidays and short breaks, the cottage is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The town of Linlithgow is just 15 minutes by train from the heart of Scotland's capital city, Edinburgh, and yet the cottage enjoys a quiet rural location for those who want only peace and quiet. The bar and renowned Conservatory restaurant of The Bonsyde Hotel are on the doorstep, but the fully fitted kitchen of the cottage has everything needed for self catering, with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer all included

About 1.5 miles from Junction 3 of the M9 motorway, the cottage is the perfect location for those who want to tour Central Scotland, Perthshire, the Kingdom of Fife and the Southern Highlands, all of which can be reached by car in half an hour or so.

- Both bedrooms in the cottage are located upstairs, and have new furniture and beds throughout. Each bedroom has a large walk-in cupboard for storage as well as a hanging rail for clothes, and a separate chest of drawers. Large fitted mirror and hair-dryer in double bedroom. Both bedrooms have Velux windows fitted with blackout blinds for those long lie-ins!
