Casa Dos Chivos is a newly-decorated three-bedroom house (sleeps 2-6) situated in the Los Chivos hills of Vieques, with panoramic ocean views. The sloping property has numerous aromatic fruit trees, including mango, papaya, banana, breadfruit, avocado and lime. The upper level of the house, which can be rented as a separate 1-bdrm, consists of a very large great room (24 x 28 feet) with two seating areas, dining area, and new, fully-appointed kitchen. A large balcony with panoramic ocean views wraps around the great room on two sides. Adjoining the great room is an air-conditioned master (king) bedroom with adjoining bath (with shower). A stylish spiral staircase connects the balcony of the upper level with the newly-renovated lower level, which consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms (queen and twin), bath (with shower), large, L-shaped living/dining room, and kitchenette. There is a fully-equipped laundry room and gated, key-locked carport downstairs.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellation fee is 20% of the total stay if we are notified 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit due 1 month before arrival.
Early Departure: No refund for early departure.
Miscellaneous: Please leave your pets at home. In consideration for all our guests, smoking is permitted only on the veranda and not in the house.
