- Cleaning twice a week. Winter season is from November till March 2008 during which you have the option to rent the home month wise. In the rooms we have radiators, fireplace and ventilators.
- In case you cannot set out on your journey the following cancellation fees apply: up to 49 days before the begin of booking: 10 % of the rental rate, up to 35 days before the begin of booking: 30 % of the rental rate, up to 21 days befor the begin of booking: 60 % of the rental rate, up to 14 days befor the begin of booking: 90 % of the rental rate, the time after 100 % of the rental rate. Premature breaking off 100 %! You'll get a confirmation of your booking via e-mail.

Splash: water park (leisure centre with chutes and pools), the largest of its kind at the Algarve, opening hours 10.00 a.m.- 06.00 p.m. being located Portimao and Carveiro. Paradise: Small water park between Albufeira and Loule, 10.00 a.m.- 06.00 p.m.
Airlines and recreational activities: The following Airlines offer flights to Portugal: Air-Portugal, PGA-Portugalia Airlines, Lufthansa, Thomas Cook-operated by Condor, Aero Lloyd, Hapag-Loyd, Iberia, Air Berlin and Air France.
