Beautiful beachfront house situated on white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extraordinary sunset views. 5.5 km away from Chicxulub, in the Yucatan Peninsula. Only 30 min north of the capital city of Merida. This 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath makes this a perfect vacation home for a larger group or family, sleeping 10 people comfortably. It is also ideal for couples looking for privacy. The beach provides a unique, romantic setting for special events or just for relaxing. There is a large terrace for a perfect entertaining, or just admiring the view. There is a beachfront swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. One bedroom has a king-size bed, one with a queen size bed and one with three single beds and one with two single beds. In addition, all rooms have A/C except the two single beds room. Equipment and hammock hooks, ideal for an afternoon siesta. Internet & Bbq Grill Rental Available Upon Request!
