This is a self catering holiday but catering can be provided upon request, the cost of this arrangement is to be made direct to our housekeeper. There is a 60 GBP per week service charge which is paid directly to our caretaker upon arrival which takes care of the pool and grounds upkeep while the guest are in residence - High season dates :-1st December - 5th January 700 GBP High season dates :- 1st March until the 1st of November 700 GBP Low season dates :- 6th January until 1st March and the month of November 600 GBP Payments can be made via pay pal or via bank account
This villa can only be rented on a weekly basis. £100 deposit per week is required to secure the booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date There is no set changeover day. Book wherever there is availability.
Termination, up to 49 days before rental period: 20 % of rental price, up to 35 days before rental period: 40 % of rental price - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price. Percentage is based on total rental price booked.
It is recommended that you e-mail your flight arrival times in advance - to arrange key collection etc. Check out by 11:00 hours on the day of departure - Special offers for monthly rentals we will give you a 10% discount or even more on a monthly rental for more further details please contact the owner
