Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All the above prices, are charged up to 12 people (+ 1 extra bed in the main room), no discount for a lower number since the villa is rented in its entirety. Additional eight rooms are available (up to 13 people) at a fare, per person and per week, of 1/40th of the rate applicable to the relevant season. Long winter rental of more than one week, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter periods, will be granted a discount of 20% on the rental price. Other rental periods of more than one week will be granted a discount of 10% on the rental price.
Final cleaning costs (as well as heating costs in winter season) are not included.
The Easter week is charged at the fare of Euro 3600 and Christmas and New Year periods are charged at the fare of Euro 3600. - Booking conditions: no reservation will be binding for the owner unless expressly accepted in writing by both the owner and the client, according to the booking conditions which will be sent by fax or e-mail, by the owner to the guest, on the request of the latter. Owner reserves the right to amend or negotiate all the above prices directly with guests, case by case.

Notes:
Two double and three twin extra bedrooms, as well as three single bedrooms and five bathrooms are available upon request on the second floor of the villa (additional 13 people) and with extra charge. The kitchen and the dining room are fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, glasses and crockery up to 30 people. An incoming service is provided at the arrival and during their stay the guests are assisted by an English speaking person, living separately in the compound, in any of their needs concerning tourist information, booking of concerts, operas, theatres, etc. A convention has been stipulated by the owner with a local catering organisation providing lunches or dinners on request at convenient prices. Additional maid service is available upon request. 10 mountain bikes are at free disposal for guests.
