In the middle of a Mediterranean garden of 1.200 sq yd and only a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches of Apulia‘s Jonian Sea coast, we can offer you a quiet oasis with three residential units, that you can rent together or separately. Thanks to the generous and affectionate equipment, you will feel well in the main house (for 4-6 people) and in the Garden House (for 2-5 people) from the very beginning of your holiday. The complex also is very suitable for several families or couples, who want to spend their vacation together, but don’t want to miss their own privacy. Five bathrooms, six showers, six WCs, several terraces as well as sufficiently space make sure that nobody feels constricted. But also common activities don't come off badly. A Boccia-Alley, a table-tennis table and several bikes are gratuitously put at the disposal of our guests, the same as for example the big grill (built with bricks) in the central Atrium.

The quiet little agglomeration of Monaco Mirante lies on the Gulf of Taranto, 3 km southeast of the beach resort and small seaport Campomarino, on the Ionian Sea. Our romantic Mediterranean garden is surrounded by a coastal landscape: dunes, beach and sea in the front, gardens, vineyards and olive groves at the back. On narrow streets winding their way through vinyards and olive trees more than a hundred years old, you can reach the typical Apulian town of Maruggio with its friendly and hospitable inhabitants in a few minutes by bicycle. Here, you find all you need for your vacation. The larger cities of Lecce, Taranto and Brindisi, all well worth a visit, are less than 1 hour by car away. Coming from the north (Rome, Napoli, Bari), you follow the Adriatic highway all the way to Taranto, then it is less than an hour to Monaco Mirante. The airports of Brindisi and Bari are about 60 or 100 mins respectively away.

be mobile: If you arrive by plane or train and do not want to rent a car, we can arrange for you to be picked you up at the airport or station (at cost price, petrol and driver). We do recommend for you get your own mode of transport. We provide you with bicycles (inclusive), which are perfect for smaller tours and the daily shopping. You can either rent a car at the airport or pick from our fleet: a Fiat Cinquecento, an old VW bus, a Ford Transit (9 seater) and two motor scooters. Please ask for availability and pricing.

Groups and families: Our houses are very suitable for two or more families or groups of friends travelling together.

Other Activities: A Go-cart track and horse riding facilities can be found close -by. Bicycles, a Boccia alley, table-tennis and a trampoline available on the premises.
