- When you use the central heating (in the cold period) we ask for 50 Euros extra per week. For final cleaning we take 50 Euros. A security deposit (250 Euros) is required and will be paid locally. Bed linen, towels and tablecloth are included. Weekly change of towels and linen. To confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total price has to be paid. The balance must be paid by arrival at Palazzo Massi, at the first day of vacation. Cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit.
The price per week is for 6 people. Extra person pays 10 Euros per day. Children under 3 years free.
Maximal 8 people can have place in the flat. - Arrival on Saturday (after 4 p.m.). Departure on Saturday (by 10 p.m.). During low season flexible arrival/departure possible.
