Podere Cortilla is a Tuscan vineyard, an old manor, located on a mountainside in the nice landscape of the Era-Valley nearby the historic Etruscan city Volterra (6 km). Here you get nature pure wine and the best olive oil of our own production - directly in Fattoria. Podere Cortilla was lovingly restored in perennial work. The rustic, medieval basic fabric was connected with the today’s possible comfort. The property involves five vacation rentals of different largeness with a total of 20 beds. All flats are spacious and comfortable in Tuscan style furnished. They are in separate parts of the building with own entries, so that you can live undisturbed. The manor is surrounded by 20 hectares free nature of forest, meadows, olive grows, vine and grain fields. Here you can discover the multifaceted fauna and flora. Here you find the ideal venue to spend calm vacation in the origin nature.

Details for L'Angolo

Is a two storey flat of 45 m² for up to 4 persons. On the ground floor is a small lobby, the living room with dining corner, kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. On the upper floor is an orthopaedic double bed. The furniture is authentic Tuscan. The kitchen consists of massive chestnut and work space out of real granite. There belongs a stove with 4 hot plates, fridge, coffee dispenser, toaster, kettle and hairdryer. There is a central warm water care with heating, satellite-TV, hifi-system with CD player and a washing machine with an iron. L'Angolo is in the south with a lot of sun. The entry area in front of the entry door you can use as a terrace. You can dine and enjoy the sun with seat and lying furniture protected with a hedge. L'Angolo is suitable for wheel chairs and handicapped people.

Next to us you have your silence. The access road is a private used country road without nameable traffic. Around the building you can move in the green. With the available seating and lying furniture you can make it yourself everywhere cozy. The rural environment invites you to promenades, hiking or jogging. It is ideal for bicycle tours with a racing bicycle and mountain bike. In the nice pool (14 x 7 m) you can bath in the water or sun and coeval enjoy the great panorama. Here is a lot of space and furniture to relax in deck chairs, tables and sun shades. At the pool is a toilet and dressing room available. There is also a central barbeque area with several grills, roofed by a pergola with vine and is for the guests decree for dining in the summer open-air and for cosy barbeques.

The next golf course Castelfalfi bei Montaione is only 31 km apart. The golf courses in the Tuscany are not too overflowed as in Spain and by far not expensive as in Spain. In the tempered climate you can play golf 12 months of the year.
