Casa di Egisto is a single farmer house (150 m²) of 1700 restored in 1999. Ground floor: big kitchen, living room, bedroom with 2 beds and a little lumber room. The first floor has 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The house is very comfortable for 8 persons. The house is situated on the hill inside our farm with a beautiful landscape on the valley of Lucca city. You can get the house by our little private street (about 1.3 km asphalted). Outside there is a big garden, terrace and pergola to have breakfast/lunch/dinner with a gorgeous landscape on the valley. 4x8 meters private Swimming pool 40 meters far from the house in the middle of great olive grove. The house has independent heating system (charged by using.) It’s only 7 km to Lucca, 25 km to the beach, to Firenze 60 km and to Pisa 25 km. Privacy and relax are absolutely guaranteed.
