Prices are for a max of five people and include water, electricity, gas. A set of sheets and towels is included in the price, an extra set is charged at Eur 20. It is required a charge of Eur 40 for the final cleaning. A deposit of Eur 100 is required the day of the arrival and it is given back the departure day after having checked the good shape of the flat. To book the flat It is required an advance of 30% and the difference will be payed the day of arrival.
