Please note: the guests ensuring to provide of daily cleaning of kitchen corner by themselves as of daily removal of the rubbish before departure. Otherwise the service is upon extra payment. - Special price 20% OFF in May, June and September for romantic couples which celebrate the special anniversary or for honeymooners .
- Included in the rent: water, electricity, bed and bath linens Heating is not included:to be paid according to the consumption. Upon request it is possible to use the washing machine at the cost of € 10 each washing.
If your booking enters into two different seasons, we will calculate your rate based exactly upon the number of days booked per season.
A deposit equal to 30% of the rental price is required at the time of booking, by bank transfer. The balance has to be paid in cash, on the place.
We always reply to all enquiries within 2 days at most so, should you have no answer from us, it’s because we are unable to reach your mailbox due to the restrictions of your email provider. For this reason we ask you to indicate in the enquiry form also an alternative email address and/or a fax number.
