ATTICO AURELIA ANTICA is situated in a quiet residential area only 5 km from St. Peter's, near all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, with short way to the city centre (bus 881 or 98). The penthouse floor consists of 2 apartments, you can choose between renting a 2 room apartment with an exclusive 60sq m terrace, ideal for 2-5 persons, a 1 room studio apartment with balcony, sleeping 1-3 persons or the whole floor, sleeping 8 persons. A panoramic, beautifully furnished roof terrace, can be enjoyed by all our guests. The air-conditioned apartments were fully renovated and modernly furnished in 2006. Free access to wireless high-speed Internet.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area only 5 km from St. Peter's, near all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars. Nearby you'll find a health club with swimming-pool and tennis courts or perhaps you prefer a walk in Rome's biggest park, Villa Doria Pamphili? The 26sq m apartment consists of a sunny room, with a fully equipped kitchenette. There's a comfortable double sofa bed and a sleeping-pouf, which also serves as an extra seat or a small table. Satelite TV.A small oval dining/working-table is put in the light in front of the window, but of course you can choose to stay on the balcony facing south-west, or go upstairs to the huge roof-terrace. The room is air conditioned and there is a double heating system, so you choose your own temperature. The floors are parquet.In the small entrance hall you'll find a chest of drawers and a coat rack. The bathroom is large with shower and washer. The beautiful, panoramic roof-terrace with all facilities is reserved for our guests.

Bus nr. 881 or 98 brings you directly to the historical centre of Rome

Notes: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and on the terrace. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and there is no lift/elevator, but 65 low 'Renaissance'-steps a few times a day will only increase our health! Moreover, the local shops will gladly bring your heavy purchases to your roman home without a surcharge. The apartment was fully renovated and furnished in 2006. I, Hanne Retvik Lombardo, am personally taking care of the rental and have been living only 2 minutes away for the last 13 years (totally 30 years in Rome, after leaving my home country Norway). It's a very nice area, with just a short way to the city centre (bus 881 or 98), but we also enjoy the quietness of the countryside. Please look at my website for more photos.
