Things to Do: The unique climate is aided by the warm waters of the Gulf Stream and this enables you to enjoy the Waterville region all year round. Waterville is renowned for its game angling, hunting and its 18 hole championship golf links as well as a new 18 hole course that has just recently opened, and it is also a paradise for the hill walker, cyclist, pony trekker, ornithologist, archaeologist, sea and shore angler, water sport enthusiast and indeed for the general holidaymaker.
Location: The house sits across from the world famous Waterville Golf Links and is within easy walking distance of the village, pubs, beaches and fine dining.
Golf: You have unrestricted views of the world famous Waterville Golf Links and can see the sea and mountains which surround this special part of Kerry. In addition to the two Waterville golf links, Dooks, Tralee and Ballybunion golf courses are within an easy drive. Also, Killarney with its many tourist attractions is only an hour drive along the magnificent Ring of Kerry.
