Our holiday house with pool lies approx.300m from the sandy beach in Ammoudia, Epirus. The property has 2 bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen and bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with balcony. The living room has a large terrace. The house is very well equipped, inclusive SAT-TV (with all European programs) and pool. In the house you will find bicycles, jeep, motorcycle, scooter, motorboats (driving licence - free) for extra fee. Also trips to the country and / or to the sea are offered by us. You can attend a sailing-course, diving training (compressor available) or water ski and your can really relax.

Ammoudia is been a small fishing village, because of the delta of the Acheron river. On the bank of the river, there are small taverns where one can enjoy the Greek and also international kitchen. The fine sandy beach invites to bathe in the sea. The pressure of the river is hardly salty, crystal clear and about what not only the children is pleased.

Notes: The baker man comes every morning and there is a breakfast bar nearby. There are supermarket with good assortment and several restaurants offering variant dishes at the sea as well as the Acheron river.

Nearby: The bank is shallow without any stones or sea-hedgehogs in the bay. It is an ideal for water and underwater sports. Who looks for Greece 'purely', is here exactly correct.

Beach and River: Ammoudia is been a small fisherman’s village because of the delta at the Acheron-river and is not catching from the high tourism.

Sports and Tours: In spring and autumn guided tours are available to the nearby mountains and inland with overnight accommodations. Directly in front of the house is a volleyball court (sand) and we offer bicycle routes as well. Water sports: diving with internal boat, compressor available, water ski as well as sailing boat (420 jolle), skipper training with sailing boat (33 feet), motorboat (2 engine 6 sleeping places 11m) for 'island hopping'. A pool party with live music can be ordered if desired and much more besides.
