French doors open onto a private balcony. Two further bedrooms (1 large double & 1 twin) have sliding doors opening onto 'Juliet' style balconies All bedrooms have large built-in wardobes with drawers and hanging space, bedside tables with matching table lamps and traditional Cretan dressing tables. Shower curtains have been provided for the en suite shower and in the bath. We don't like water everywhere! A hair dryer is provided. All windows have fly screens. With this facility, windows can remain open at night to allow the breeze to cool the air. All bedrooms have views across the garden and the rolling countryside down to Souda Bay.

Notes: As well as 6 pool loungers, we have provided a round teak table, six 'directors' chairs and a sun shade. Although there are not many steps, wheel chair access would be difficult after entering the villa.

The entrance to the grounds of the villa is gated with a driveway and ample car parking. The, piano shaped, 40 sq.metre pool is located on the coastal side of the house, to take advantage of the travel of the sun and the beautiful views. There are split level patios on two sides of the pool with lovely views across the countryside to the sea. The villa is maintained to a high standard. We insist on a no smoking policy within the villa. There are windows on all elevations making the interior light and airy. All windows and French doors have external shutters. Villa Aspro is situated in its own grounds of 2600 sq.metres. and has wonderful views through 360 degrees , look North to the Grecian blue of Souda Bay, West to the white Mountains and East across the valley to Xirosterni. The spacious interior has been furnished to a high standard with much traditional Cretan furniture. There is plenty of car parking within the grounds of the property.
