What some of our clients said: 2006 . Jo's house in Coutras exceeds every description on her website. The prospect from the pool and terrace to the river is breathtakingly beautiful: a combination of nature and planning that captures the serenity of this wonderful landscape. The house is a gem and lacks not a single convenience from the well-equipped kitchen to the marvelous mattresses; Jo herself has the art of creating comfort and offering hospitality without ever being obtrusive.The surrounding area is a delight to explore from the obvious as St.Emillion, to the wonderfully unexpected such as the cheese lady at the Libourne market ! 2005/6: My family fell in love with the farmhouse on sight, i have to admit i was very taken with the terrace, pictures will never do it justice , a private oasis to relax in the midst of the heat wave or thunderstom ! trips to Bordeaux for the day on the new tram and its 'park & ride' are a must , Brantome in the dordogne, a beautifull location and exploring St Emillion with all is wine was fantastic. 2008: We had a wonderful spring holiday-a few rainy days but good for exploreing the suroungings; the house is perfect for a large family group. our danish-italian cook like the well equiped kitchen and the kids (4+1) thought the toys where excellent. The dinningroom was the perfect place to celebrate a 60th anniversay, thank you , we are all looking forwrd to coming back one day! Anni and family from Denmark and Finland
