Large double bed with separate dressing area, two balconies and ensuite bathroom. Bath, walk in shower, twin sinks and separate toilet. If you want a place to retreat the front balcony offers a stunning spot to savour a peaceful breakfast watching the sun rise or an evening drink enjoying the sun set. Ground floor: Garden double and twin garden both with french windows onto own terrace and gardens - steps leading up to pool area. Both also with their own ensuite shower, sink and toilet. Further double bedroom area. This bedroom has no ensuite. There is an additional sink in the games room area or a further shower room on the main living area.

From relaxing in the villa itself, enjoying the pool and the warm weather in the summer or lazing by the roaring fire in the winter. Skiing in winter can be found within 40 min drive - when the snow is good. Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a popular location for walkers as there are many miles of stunning trails to be found in the hills and mountains above. The village offers year round markets on a Wednesday. The villa has its own tennis court with an all weather surface. The court is flood lit so you can also enjoy playing in the evening.
