- Talk to us about low season monthly rental and discounts for more than 3 weeks during mid and peak periods. Rates are inclusive of all laundry and towels including pool towels; end of stay clean weekly clean for longer bookings. We can also arrange for babysitting services, extra housekeeping and other services on your behalf. Bookings outside the months of July and August may be charged a surcharge for pool heating at up to E300 per week, depending on usage.
A deposit of 50% of the rental value is requested on booking.
We are happy to help you arrange for cooks, additional cleaning, babysitting or other services if you require. - The amount of 2000.00 Euros is required upon arrival at LA SONINE as a security deposit against property loss and/or damage and unpaid charges. The full amount will be returned by mail within one week of departure. The

Unless otherwise agreed, the CLIENT should arrive between 16H00 and 18H00 on the day of arrival and vacate the property by 10H00 on the day of departure. A surcharge of 150€ will be payable for arrivals after 19H00.
