The rates include bed linen and bath towels and 2 hours mid-week cleaning. Extra cleaning hours can be arranged in advance. The cost of final clean is 180 Euros. If requested pool heating is charged 400€ per week. The Villa Manager will read the electricity meter on day of arrival and use of air conditioning or heating will be payable on day of departure. Changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible with the exception of May,June,July and August and school holidays.

For Christmas and New Year, Nice Carnival, Easter, Cannes Film Festival & Monaco Grand Prix rates are subject to change and conditions apply.

- Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom and has a large double bed with ensuite bathroom including a bath, separate shower and private sun terrace. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 4, have twin beds but they can be used also as a large double bed . The bathroom is independent with bath. Bedroom 3 is double with shower room ensuite.

Annual events not to be missed: January : Monaco Ralley February : Nice Carnival April : International Tennis Tournament in Monaco May : Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix June : Music Festival July & August : Nice Jazz Festival, Jazz in Juan les Pins, Voucalia Festival (Mediterranean songs), Monaco Salle des Etoiles (have a special night out in Monaco and see one of the many artists perform), La Castellada etc. etc., Many music festivals are organized throughout the year in Nice and nearby villages.
Supermarkets and Restaurants: Just 10 minutes from the villa is Casino supermarket on the Promenade des Anglais. Open every day except Sunday. There are lots of other mini supermarkets and local shops within easy reach of the house including the famous fruit and vegetable market in the Cours Salaya which is open every day except Monday's when the antique market takes place. Further afield but only a 20 minute drive are the hypermarkets like Leclerc and Carrefour. As for restaurants we are just spoilt for choice. Whether you fancy typically Niçois, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, the list is never ending. Either take a stroll down to the port or try out the Old Nice town with so much entertainment.
Ski: Ski in winter; Within 60 minutes drive for skiing. Three skis areas: Auron, Isola 2000,and Valberg
Other Activities: museums,water park, marine land, zoo.
