Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. - A 5% discount for stays of a month or more except for July/Aug
Check-in is after 3:00-6:00PM. Check-out is 10:00AM. - Deposit fees are refunded subject to re-rental of property for the period reserved, minus promotional fees. Cancellations received inside of 60 days are subject to the full rent. We will make an effort to re-rent the property in such cases. Any refund (75% maximum) will be based on the success of those efforts.
