- The indicated renting prices are studied for the villa with 6 bedrooms for a maximum of 13 people including small children and babies and for a minimum stay of 2 weeks. The indicated renting prices are including: beds made for your arrival, pool-cleaning once a week, in case of a 2 weeks stay 3 hours mid-cleaning after the first week. It is possible to ask for more cleaning hours on extra-cost.
The indicated renting prices are not including: The electricity consumption during the stay (electricity meter will be read on arrival and on departure). Extra fees in case of pool heating. A final cleaning fee of 180 euros is asked at the end of the stay. Towels are not included but can be provided on request on extra cost. Additional bed-linen change required during your stay is to pay extra. - Deposit on booking: We are asking for a non-refundable deposit of 30 % on booking. The balance is to pay 6 weeks before arrival date. For a one or two weeks booking a refundable security deposit of Euros 1.000 has to be paid on arrival . From this deposit will be deducted the extra charges electricity, telephone fees, eventual damages occurred during the stay by renters fault.
