The “Ponchettes” are one of the landmarks of Old Nice, classified for protection as an historical and architectural treasure. Dating from the 18th century the apartment is situated among the arcades and terraces that make up the Ponchettes. The apartment has beautiful views over the Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels), with a shingle beach directly opposite and the old castle is a short stroll away. Also on your doorstep is the Promenade des Anglais - Nice's famous seafront esplanade. It's 6km long and is a fantastic place for a stroll or you can hire a bicycle or rollerblade up and down. The Cours Saleya with its famous flower market, cafes and restaurants is less than a minutes walk from the house. Nearby there are also some excellent speciality shops, art galleries and museums (Musee Matisse, Musee des Beaux Arts, Musee d'Art Moderne et Contemporain).

  Arrivals and Departures: Check-in is at 16.00 hrs. and check-out is at 10.00 hrs. On arrival you will be met by our representative who will go through an inventory of the property, take receipt of a security deposit, familiarize you with appliances and hand over keys.
