- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking. The balance is to be paid not less than two months prior to arrival in Nice. Since the apartment has been furnished to such a high standard, we require a security deposit of £500 sterling payable with the balance. It will then be returned to you at the end of your stay. A fee for the 'meet and greet' service on arrival and departure, emergency contact, the provision of linen and towels and cleaning will be payable directly in Euros to our agents in Nice on departure: this varies minimally depending on how many beds are used but is in the region of 100 euros.
