Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A contract will be issued by to those requesting a booking. To confirm the booking we require a signed contract and payment of the deposit of 25% the rental rate. The balance must be paid one month before arrival. On receipt of the balance directions to the apartment and contact details for meeting the apartment manager will be forwarded. The rental rate includes provision of bed linen, towels and electricity. Cleaning and laundry on vacating the apartment is an additional €100, which is payable together with a security payment of €750 to the apartment manager on collection of the keys. This security deposit will be refunded on return of the keys subject to no damage to the property, the fixtures or fittings. If convenient the deposit can be held in any of the major currencies.
Changeover in high season is Saturday to Saturday. - Please contact us directly to make a booking - details will then be finalised by our local agent in Beaulieu.
