A beautiful, bright and airy apartment within a period villa on the slopes of magical Beaulieu sur mer. Double doors open from the reception room and from both bedrooms onto southerly facing marble balconies where you can relax and enjoy the ever-changing colours of the sea and watch the yachts and little fishing boats come and go from the picturesque marina in the village below. 5 minutes walk from the shops of Beaulieu and daily market. A sophisticated town/village with a balance of authentic and chic shops, beaches (there are two) and a great range of restaurants. A choice of easy and strenuous walks all around - including to Cap Ferrat and Ville franche - or hire a bicycle. Just 10km from both Nice and Monte Carlo both of which are just a 5 minute train journey away. Eze just a 10 minute drive away. Apartment beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A contract will be issued by to those requesting a booking. To confirm the booking we require a signed contract and payment of the deposit of 25% the rental rate. The balance must be paid one month before arrival. On receipt of the balance directions to the apartment and contact details for meeting the apartment manager will be forwarded. The rental rate includes provision of bed linen, towels and electricity. Cleaning and laundry on vacating the apartment is an additional €100, which is payable together with a security payment of €750 to the apartment manager on collection of the keys. This security deposit will be refunded on return of the keys subject to no damage to the property, the fixtures or fittings. If convenient the deposit can be held in any of the major currencies.
Changeover in high season is Saturday to Saturday. - Please contact us directly to make a booking - details will then be finalised by our local agent in Beaulieu.

Twin room can be made a double. Access is via steps to the rear of the villa so not suitable for those who find 20 steps difficult. Tables and chairs, including loungers are available to use on the balconies.
