Le Moulin de Corbel offers a wonderful self-catering holiday in Spring, Summer or Autumn. It is set by a fenced millpond with trout in acres of land and woodland outside St Trimoel in NW Brittany. It is close to boulangeries, 12 mins from the medieval town of Lamballe and 20 mins from the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast.
This picturesque house is light and spacious and comfortably sleeps 12 people. It is divided into 2 parts, the house sleeping 7 guests in 4 rooms and the cottage sleeping 5 people in 2 rooms. The cottage is within the house, but accessed separately by stairs that runs up the front of the house. It is perfect for 2 families.In the house there is a large dining room and sitting room. The kitchen has most mod cons. The cottage has a good sized-reception room with kitchenette. There is also an outside table tennis and games room and a kettle barbecue and furniture for outside dining. Behind the house the garden leads down to a stream and great woodland walks.

Set in the beautiful and entirely unspoilt Breton farming countryside, the mill is only 12 minutes from the medieval town of Lamalle with its national stud, a bustling weekly market, good restaurants and all shopping conveniences. Just 20 minutes away is the Emerald Coast with numerous peninsulas and promontories, spectacular sea views and endless sandy beaches. Further afield, a comfortable day trip are historic towns like medival Dinan and seventeenth century St Malo, castles, cathedrals and churches and, of course, the famous Mont St Michel.
Horse riding, tennis, golf, fishing, water sports, and cycling are all within a short radius of the mill.
The mill land itself offers plenty of room for children and adults who love gardens and nature.

Notes:
There are three receptions rooms at the mill. In the main house there is a dining room, furnished with an old country table seating 10-12. This leads on to a hall and a very large sitting room with sofas surrounding a traditional and functioning fireplace, table and chairs for games and writing and a further sofa and chairs for television viewing. There is well equipped kitchen. The reception room in the cottage includes a double sofa bed, chairs encircling a fireplace, and a dining room table seating four within a small kitchenette area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two ring stove, microwave and fridge. All bedrooms have wonderful views of the mill pond.
An external games room includes table tennis and darts.
Because of the steps leading to the cottage, the cottage is not ideal for the elderly or infirm, however, there is easy access for everyone to the house.
Changeover day may be flexible out of high season.
