The rates for the house are from £475 to £700 per week Dependant on time of year. Please contact the owners to confirm the actual rate for the dates required.
Our minimum rental period is 1 week during high season and holidays (half terms etc.), however, we will rent for shorter breaks during the winter period (October to March). Please contact the owners for rates etc.
We are pet friendly and do allow dogs. The owners must be informed and there is an additional £25 per week charge for dogs. -
We hold a minimum security deposit of £150.
Booking deposit of 25%, the remaining balance payable 2 months prior to arrival.
Linen can be hired at additional cost or you are welcome to bring your own.

General Details: Our seaside home named Lhasa which is Tibetan for 'The Land of the Gods’ or ‘Holy Place’ is located in the very popular coastal town of East Wittering. Refurbished to a very high standard in 2006 our 3 bedroom home is situated on a large plot with a 90ft south facing lawned rear garden and benefits from a large drive to the front with ample parking for up to 6 cars. Tastefully furnished, the house is situated in a very peaceful location and yet is WITHIN EARSHOT OF THE SEA, just 100 yards from the beach at East Wittering. It is also just minutes away from one of The UK's top beaches (Blue flag) at West Wittering.
