A superb and spacious property, set apart from the other barns and adjacent to the swimming pool. Tiled atrium entrance hall with picture window. Cloakroom/WC. Beamed large and well equipped kitchen with double oven. Large dining room with wood burning stove and French doors to covered patio. Spacious sitting room with wood burning stove, sloping ceiling with roof trusses and French doors to private garden. Three twin bedded rooms, two with wash basins. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath). First floor: Spacious family suite with double bedroom, nursery room and ensuite bathroom/WC. Second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The barn has full oil-fired central heating. Situated within 23 acres of rolling hills and gentle countryside. Superb indoor and outdoor facilities include heated indoor swimming pool, trampoline and games room. The perfect place to relax.

Newhouse Farm is situated approximately 15 miles from junction 27 of the M5 motorway in the heartland of Devon, between the market towns of Tiverton and South Molton. The barn enjoys beautiful views over-looking rolling countryside and is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor`s gentle heather clad hills and Dartmoor`s rugged splendour. Tiverton, on the River Exe, boasts an excellent shopping centre, pannier market, and the Grand Western Canal, where horse-drawn barge trips and peaceful tow-path walks can be enjoyed. South Molton is rich in traditional architecture, the Guildhall building housing a glass-roofed pannier market where home-made cakes, jams, locally produced cheese and other delicious foods can be purchased. The village of Witheridge, situated half a mile away hosts two pubs, post office and general store, newsagent and churches. Whatever the season Newhouse Farm offers a peaceful location with abundant wildlife including resident badgers, barn owls and red deer.

New for 2006: For the benefit of our guests we are now able to offer BT broadband that can be accessed via an internet cable or wireless in some areas. The other new feature for 2006 is the opening of the hayloft, this can seat up to 25 people and can be used for family group gatherings. For the larger family groups that can be used in conjunction with this property please see our other properties numbers 15187, 15381, 17566.

Guest Book: November 05 from Wales. Wonderful second visit, snow bound that added to the fun. Pool & trampoline marvelous. Wales beat Australia which was a bonus! Booked to return in March, many thanks. December 05 from Cardiff. We had a lovely Christmas holiday it is beautiful here. No snow but its coming. Children enjoyed the pool and the great space for running around the barn. Thanks. Feb 06 from Coventry. Great holiday, beautiful cottage and facilities, perfectly suited for three families. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. April 06 from Lincs. Very sad to have to be writing in this book as we are going home. We came with family and had fantastic time. Plenty of room for all the kids, they loved the pool, badminton and trampoline, and a great games room, there was everything here that we needed. We will be taking away some great memories with us.
