A MINIMUM RENTAL CHARGE of 1 week or longer may apply (depending on your chosen date period), although you do NOT have to physically STAY for the whole duration. The charge does NOT apply if you FILL any short GAPS already showing as available on our calendar between two existing bookings, SHORT BREAKS from £150 per night: 1 to 3-Days = £450; 4-Days = £600. 5 or 6-Day charged same as weekly rate. UNSOLD LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY is only released 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE - please DO NOT ENQUIRE before this time - and is from £100 per night (minimum charge 2 nights). EXTRA PERSONS - it is sometimes possible to sleep 5 or 6 persons where a sofabed is available. However you MUST request this in advance and there is a £10 per night extra charge for this (to cover extra linen, laundry and wear & tear). -
BOOKING DEPOSIT(S), etc: Credit Card details are required to HOLD all bookings
An EXIT-CLEAN FEE of £50 to cover normal servicing on departure plus initial provision of laundry powder, toilet rolls, soaps, etc is payable ONCE upon check-in, regardless of length of stay, and goes directly to the Landlord's chosen Maid service. Weekly Maid Service is then FREE
A KEY & SECURITY DEPOSIT of £200 cash or Credit Card Imprint +ID is required on arrival (returned on departure)
For Extended Stays a different HOLDING & SECURITY DEPOSIT is required in advance, which will be based on the length of your stay (please enquire). This is returned on departure, less any damages, lost property, phone charges, etc. -
All rates are FULLY INCLUSIVE - the only extras payable are for telephone usage (long distance) or cable movies.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS can be recommended for you by a local company called AIRPORT DIRECT (details upon booking)
BOOKING SECURITY: For your reassurance and peace of mind, the landlord employs a professional check in Company with Agents to handle/supervise all bookings, hold deposits, accept credit cards and assist all guest arrivals/stays (used for 10 years), and a private Maid service (used for 6 years). The landlord has been advertising on this website since 2001 - and has had no disputes with any guest. We recommend you choose wisely as we keep hearing stories from old + new guests where monies were paid in advance + the accommodation was entirely different when they actually got to London, or didn't even exist! Our professional hotel-like arrangement has worked smoothly for 10 years - hence our client list above + repeat business.

The owners supply the best quality DUNLOPILLO SUPER LUXURY PILLOWS for the best support and comfort, plus HAIRDRYERS and LAUNDRY BAGS for guests convenience. NOTES: (1) For ELDERLY or INFIRM, please bear in mind that the apartment has a fully-enclosed internal staircase with handrail, therefore requiring 12 STEPS up to the bathroom, toilet + bedroom level. (2) LAUNDRY ROOMS - please note that there are 4 washing machines and 4 dryers FREE to use outside the apartment in a communal laundry rooms open 24 hours, so it is not actually in the kitchen area.

For Groups, Friends and large Families we can sometimes secure additional apartments in the building (which are identical in floorplans/size, etc) to make a 4-Bedroom, 6-Bedroom or 8-Bedroom facility. Please state your requirements - but try to book early, as these are rarely available!
Where Exactly are you located???: Centre Point! Many advertisers on this site use the term 'Central London', yet for the unwary they are NOT! Some of them are at least an hour (some nearer two hours!) train ride into what is truly the centre of London. These apartments are beside the landmark Centre Point Tower at the top of Charing Cross Road. The Charing Cross stone outside the station is the point where all distances in UK are measured from, so you can say we are not exaggerating about the location. How Noisy Are The Apartments?: The apartment is in a semi high-rise which is SET BACK FROM + NOT RIGHT ON the junctions with Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road at a place called St Giles High Street. The bedrooms have secondary glazing so noise is not a big issue. Clients who have viewed the apartment in person (banks, blue-chip companies, theatres always do this for longer stays) are often very SURPRISED at how QUIET this unit is for such a GREAT, CENTRAL LOCATION and we would not have had the CLIENT LIST above or the REPEAT business if this flat were too noisy. One example: for the last 6 years DEUTSCHEBANK have booked to place graduates who need a quiet place to study and work hard on training modules - they would not do so if the unit was in any way unsuitable, or if feedback from the graduates was negative! Guest: 'Your place is a find! Stayed at nearby St Giles Hotel room doors slammed all night long - got no sleep'
