The chef's table: From September 15th through June 15th come to Singing Pebbles for a 3 day culinary experience with renowned French Chef, Gilbert Bordillon, who welcomes you to his table. The adventure begins with a full course dinner prepared for you by Gilbert.
On the following 2 evenings, join him in the kitchen to create simple yet delectable full course dinners that take advantage of Cape Breton's natural bounty. Cooking with only the freshest and finest ingredients, we will demonstrate how to prepare them with care and imagination. We believe that cooking is far more than following a recipe, it is the application of a lifestyle reflecting respect for food and the person enjoying it. Really good meals should feed the spirit as well as the body.
