Designed 100% for the vacationer, we offer everything needed to make your vacation a treasured experience. Mixing a Cape Cod beach house with timber post & beam, we've come up with a unique home that's as functional as it is beautiful. Whether it's a couple looking for a romantic escape, several families vacationing together, or having the whole family together for that summer reunion, this property has it all. Entering the house you're greeted by 50 feet of window overlooking the water, a quick glance upwards reveals a soaring 25ft high ceiling supported by timber beams. Whether you chose to gather in front of a fire sharing stories, watch a movie in the den, or have a feast in the dazzling kitchen, you'll realize we thought of everything.

Large decks surrounding house, 800 sq feet total, for great outdoor entertaining. 10 golf courses within 20 minute drive. National park beaches 5 minute drive. Deep sea fishing 5 minutes away, great restaurants 5 minutes, Downtown Charlottetown 20 minute drive, many festivals throughout the summer, including plays at the confederation centre, Festival of the lights July 1st fireworks. Cavendish Beach (tourist town) 20 minutes many theme parks shops, crafts, etc.
