Our 'walk up' penthouse is located on the east coast of Puerto Rico in the town of Fajardo. The apartment is located on a new development with state-of-the-art facilities. The location of our building offers you the opportunity to enjoy ocean views from each room of the apartment and even more incredible views from the roof terrace. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and tastefully decorated. You will find a comparable apartment only on the most exclusive rental areas in Puerto Rico. The development has three pools (one next to our building), two children's pool, three tennis courts, one basketball court, one jacuzzi, walking track, and an exercise room with sauna.

Our apartment's location is excellent. Only one hour drive to San Juan, 15 minutes drive to Luquillo Beach, 25 minutes drive to 'El Yunque' (the rain forest) 10 minutes to 'El Conquistador Hotel,' 10 minutes to the ferry where you can take the boat to Vieques or Culebra, and only a two minutes drive to 'Marina Puerto Del Rey,' the biggest marina in the Caribbean where boats can take you on daily trips to the cays for snorkling or scuba diving. There are many restaurants, movie theaters, and supermarkets nearby.
