We prefer a minimum one-week stay. A 50% deposit, signed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required to hold your reservation. All fees are payable in US$. The deposit is fully refundable with sixty-days cancellation notice. Thereafter the deposit will be refunded (less a 20% service charge) only if we are able to re-rent those dates. Balance and $500 refundable security deposit are due sixty days prior to arrival. We accept Personal Checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
