Central location in Bruges, easily accessible: Casa Deus is located in the historic centre of Bruges, in a quiet street at only 2 minutes' walk from the city centre. The holiday home can easily be reached by car (only 5 minutes by car from the motorway) and with public transport (5 minutes on foot from the station). Parking in the street and very close by.
Bruges: Bruges is a unique historic town. The town authorities have done the utmost to preserve the city’s medieval image. Of course not every stone in Bruges has come to us straight from the Middle Ages. The 19th century neogothic style is more present than you imagine. Because of these 19th century renovations some critics have put Bruges down as a fake medieval city. Nevertheless, the combination of old, not so old and new fascinates everyone who first sets foot in Bruges.
Bruges: The best way to visit Bruges is to spend a few nights in a beautiful guesthouse or holiday home like Casa Deus. Later in the evening, when the hustle and bustle of tourism has subsided, Bruges regains its charming and quiet atmosphere of old times. A stroll through the tiny medieval streets can be an enchanting experience. Bruges is always beautiful, in summer as well as winter. If you’re lucky you will never forget the sight of Bruges on a snowy December or January day!
