This wonderful villa, built within beautiful tropical surroundings on old plantation land (Lascelles). Because of its unspoilt location you will be amazed to experience monkeys in their natural habitat almost every day, many visitors to Barbados travel all around the Island on the chance that they may glimpse a monkey! But that's not all, we are within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping - what more could anyone wish for?

Booking Conditions: Before booking, please read our terms and conditions below. By making a booking through the owners you are accepting on behalf of you and your party these terms and conditions.
On making a booking a deposit of 25% must be paid. The balance must be paid at least 10 weeks prior to your departure date.
When booking within ten weeks you are required to pay the full amount in advance. Payment may be made by bank transfer or cheque. We will email/fax you the bank details when needed.
If you have special needs, cots (linen not provided) high chairs, please let us know when making your initial enquiry.
Your holiday accommodation can generally be accessed from 16:00 hours onwards. Please vacate the property at 12:00 hours on your day of departure.
If you cancel your holiday accommodation, we will require written confirmation as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which we receive written confirmation. -
Bed linen is changed alternate days and towelling daily, if necessary, except Sundays. Please do not use towels provided at the villa for the beach or pool area. Beach towels are not provided.
In the unlikely event that we have to make any changes to your holiday accommodation, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will offer a suitable alternative or full refund.
