This luxurious property is located on the south coast of the island. It is set in tropical landscape gardens in a private road. The house is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The comfort of guests is a priority. Upstairs consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (the master with a kingsize four poster bed, ensuite and dressing room). The second bedroom also has an ensuite with twin beds, which can be joined to form a kingsize bed. The third bedroom is downstairs which is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Downstairs the living, dining and kitchen areas benefit from ceiling fans as does the patio. Ideal if you want to have evening drinks watching the sun go down. In the living area there are two large sofas one of which is a sofa bed. The dining area has a large dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range cooker and a breakfast bar which also seats 6 people. A 2 minute walk to Cottonbay beach, and 7 minutes to Enterprise.
