Set around a marina, within 200 metres of Jolly Beach, the villa offers spacious self catering accommodation with private patio & barbeque, new deck and finger pier and mooring. The luxury villa has a kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs and downstairs cloakroom. It has been recently refurbished to a very high standard with luxury furnishings, Cable TV/DVD player, ceiling fans and full air-conditioning in all rooms. There is a balcony with waterfront views, garage for a buggy and driveway. Jolly Beach is a glorious long stretch of white sand, completely uncrowded, with a large variety of water sports. Castaways restaurant is right on the beach, & open all day & evening. There are restaurants, bars, a casino, shops, a bank, tennis & squash courts, a gym, yoga lessons & a large swimming pool at the marina . The large supermarket has everything you will need to make your holiday enjoyable. Car hire and golf buggies are available to rent

The villa is situated on the 'South Finger' of Jolly Harbour Marina on the south - west coast of Antigua and approximately 25 minutes from the capital St John's and the airport. The marina complex includes a large variety of shops, bars, restaurants, new supermarket, a bank, casino an 18 hole golf course fitness centre, sports centre with large outdoor swimming pool (Free) and squash and tennis courts to rent. You can also book a helicopter tour of the Island which lasts about 40 mins. Jolly Beach is one of the best beaches on the Island and the well regarded Castaways Beach Bar/Restaurant both are only 5 minutes walk from the villa.

  • A 5% discount for rentals over 3 weeks and 10% discount for rentals over 4 weeks. Payments accepted in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. Sterling cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account - Euros and US Dollar payments must be by electronic transfer (No Cheques). 25% non refundable deposit required to secure reservation - balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Rental rates include all persons up to 4 and all utilities including air conditioning. For 5 persons, add £100.00 per week. Minimum Rental charge is 3 days.
  • £100 separate cheque for security deposit is required, to be returned when villa vacated.

Notes: The patio has steps with a lockable gate, leading to a deck and finger pier. There are no wheelchair facilities. We provide a fishing rod for the use of our guests to fish from the decking or finger pier for red snapper etc. There is also a charcoal barbeque for use on the patio only, not the decking, for safety reasons. There is a dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee-maker, electric blender and toaster in the kitchen.

Villa Cleaning: Our housekeeper will meet you at the villa sometime after your arrival to see you are settled in. The villa will be cleaned and beds changed after the first week for stays of two weeks, and after each week for longer stays, up to one month, although it is well stocked with extra linen and towels for your convenience. Stays of over one month will be on a completely self-catering basis, with cleaning and washing to be arranged separately.

Deck and Finger Pier: We have had a new deck and finger pier built onto the patio, which makes the whole area double the size. The new decking lets you sunbathe for longer into the evening, and has lights set into the deck for evening use.The finger pier allows you to fish further out or use for hiring a boat.
