Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 10% discount for booking of 3 weeks or more. Payments accepted in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. Sterling cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account - Euros and US Dollar payments must be by electronic transfer (No Cheques). 25% non refundable deposit required to secure reservation - balance due 8 weeks before arrival which is also non refundable. Rental rates include all persons up to 4 and all utilities including air conditioning. A refundable security deposit will be required for insurance against damaged or missing items.
- For maid service, add £13 per visit. Usually 2 visits per week suffice.
