Cancellation: More than 30 days from arrival there is no cancellation fee if Villa 54 can be re-booked, otherwise 50%. Less than 30 days from arrival 100% cancellation fee. Smoking: we are a non-smoking holiday rental establishment. We request our guests to smoke outside on the fabulous terrace with amazing sea views of Camps Bay. All rates are VAT inclusive
- Note that we only let the Villa as a whole property for 2 weeks in Peak season. We may offer High season rates if the Villa has been booked within the Peak period.
